President’s Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme
All international Students are eligible for Leicester undergraduate scholarships. the Leicester University will provide scholarship of worth £4,000 to the award winning Students.
College of Science and Engineering Undergraduate
International Students around the glob are eligible for this scholarship. the Scholarship amount is worth £5,600.
Canadian Law Entry Scholarship
All Canadian passport holders are eligible for this scholarship.
Canadian Law Excellence Scholarship
All undergraduate students from Canada are eligible for this scholarship. £3,000 per year will be provided per rules.
Malaysian Law Entry Scholarship
All Malaysian undergrad candidates can apply for this Scholarship.

The University of Leicester Scholarships for Postgraduate Students
President’s Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme
All international students are eligible for this scheme. Scholarship worth £3,000 will be provided to the successful candidates.
College of Science and Engineering Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme
International candidates from all over the world are eligible for this scholarship. Scholarship worth up to £5,600 will be given to the award winning students.
For students from eligible countries who join the LLM Program. Scholarship worth up to £2,300 will be awarded.
International (non-EU) students who have a close relative who is studying at, or graduated from, Leicester.
Asylum seekers. Tuition fee waiver + £3,500 per year will be given.
Postgraduate Research Scholarships
University of Leicester Future 100 PhD scholarships 2023
The University of Leicester is providing £9 million to 100 scholarships for admission in PhD in the fall of 2022 as part of its strategic goal of “preparing the next generation of researchers to become world leaders in their fields”. 25 scholarships will be distributed through the Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, which is made up of nine schools: Archaeology and Ancient History; Arts (including art and film history, English, education, history, criminology, politics, law, International relations, Media, Museum Studies, and modern languages, Business, Communication and Sociology.
The University of Leicester Scholarships for PhD In Mathematics and Computational Fluid mechanics
This project is across the distinct disciplines of mathematical and computational fluid mechanics and aims to provide insight into open problems in fundamental fluid physics. The successful candidate will join a newly-established international team based in the UK and Australia and will involve an extended research visit to Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. The project will, by its grand scope, produce solutions with far-reaching applications to a wide range of unsteady fluid flow problems, such as those that occur, for example, in controlling the onset of drag over aircraft, the dynamic stall of aircraft, or within internal arterial flows. With regards to aerospace, it will contribute to the introduction of the next generation of innovative and disruptive technologies via its interaction with research on how to control flow to reduce aerodynamic drag towards achieving environmental pollution targets. Furthermore, this has a subsequent impact on how we manage our natural resources efficiently and sustainably.

of these projects. Usually, the project which receives the best applicant will be awarded the funding.
University of Leicester PhD Scholarship Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Studentships are available to UK/EU applicants who meet the EPSRC Residency Criteria; if you have been ordinarily resident in the UK for three years you will normally be entitled to apply for a full studentship.
- Degree in Applied Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or similar
- Excellent programming skills, including MATLAB
- Willingness to travel and spend time in Sydney, Australia
