Karachi (PR): The newly elected president of the National Students Front Gilgit-Baltistan (NSF-GB) Sindh Zone, Didar Ali and his cabinet took oath on Sunday April 7 in Karachi.
The newly elected 13 member cabinet that took oath included Karim Khan (vice president), Zeeshan Karim (general secretary), Atiya Ali (secretary for environmental affairs), Moinuddin (secretary for event management), Kulsoom Zaman (secretary for women), Mubasher Hasan (secretary Students Wellness), Mahapara Karim (Secretary Education), Syed Arsalan (Secretary Finance), Shan Shigari (Secretary Arts and Culture), Shabir Karim (Secretary Media and Information), Shahzeb (Secretary Research and Publication) and Zakir Ali (secretary health).
Speaking on the occasion, the newly elected president, Didar Ali, pledged a vigorous struggle for the rights of the subjugated, working people, and students of Gilgit-Baltistan.
He said NSF-GB would collaborate with other student organizations to develop a comprehensive strategy to address the issues faced by the underprivileged students and workers of Gilgit-Baltistan.
The oath taking ceremony was attended by the representatives of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Gilgit-Baltistan United Movement (GBUM), Balawaristan National Movement (BNF), Balawaristan National Students Organization (BNSO), Karakoram National Movement (KNM), Karakoram Students Organization (KSO), All Baltistan Movement, Nagar Students Federation, and others.
