Gilgit (Court Reporter): Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan submits its response to the writ petition of Khalid Khurshid during a hearing of the alleged fake degree case of Chief Minister G-B.
The two-member bench hearing the case consisted of Justice Malik Inayat-ur-Rehman and Justice Johar Ali Khan.
On behalf of Abdul Hameed Khan, Amjad Hussain Advocate withdrew his application to present documents submitted by Chief Minister in Gilgit-Baltistan Bar Council to get the license for legal practice. Amjad advocate then requested the court to issue a decision on the writ petition of Khalid Khurshid.
After the submission of a response by the election commission, the court adjourned the case for May 18, 2023, for discussion.
