Hunza (PR): During his visit to Hunza on Thursday, Babar Hayat Tarar, the Federal Secretary for Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs, received detailed briefing on the 54MW Attabad Hydropower Project at Attabad Lake from the Chief Engineer and Project Director.
The Federal Secretary also visited Shimshal Valley, where he received a warm welcome from the local community.
While speaking to the local community, the federal minister pledged to make every possible effort for improvement of basic health care, education, and infrastructure in Shimshal valley.
The federal secretary reviewed the initiative taken under the Glof II Project in the Shimshal Valley.
