Gilgit (Court reporter): Gilgit police raided the residence of Secretary Finance High Court Bar Naeem Akhtar Jan Advocate.
At the time of the raid, advocate Naeem Akhtar was not present at home. However, enquired about his whereabouts from the family.
In response police raid, the lawyers appealed for bail before the arrest of Naeem Akhtar Jan from the court. Judge District and Sessions Gilgit-Baltistan Ms. Amina Zameer Shah granted bail before arrest to the lawyer.
Meanwhile, the petition of former President HQ Bar Rashid Minhas Umar Advocate was scheduled for hearing tomorrow in the court of High Court Justice Mr. Justice Muhammad Mushtaque.
