ISLAMABAD (Ibex report): According to details, Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan Mohiuddin Ahmed Wani visited the Project Albus site in Islamabad.
During his visit, chief secretary G-B expressed interest in building educational collaboration with @EduMinistryPk, FDE, TechValleyPak, and GoogleForEdu.
The Chief Secretary appreciated the efforts of the aforementioned edu-tech companies for setting up a functional laboratory, backed up by Chromebooks, and aimed at extensive teacher training and innovation in the field of education.
During his visit, Chief Secretary G-B said in Project Albus is the first step towards the digital transformation of schools, which can play an important role to help educational institutions adopt technology in teaching-learning.
Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan expressed his resolve to introduce the same practices in G-B very soon. He said a plan will be made very soon to make institutions a hub of technological integration in the mountainous region of G-B.
