Gilgit (PR): In a joint statement issued to the media on Wednesday, Advocate Pyar Ali and prominent activist Aslam Inqiblabi demanded of the government to construct a road for Gojalti on a priority basis.
They have severely criticized the elected representatives for their insensitivity towards issues faced by the people of Gojalti. The people of Gojalti do not have the basic facilities of life. The absence of a road to connect with other parts of Yaseen and G-B is on the top list of the problems the village faces, said the statement.
According to the statement the elected representatives approach people only ahead of the elections and forget people coming to power.
They demanded of the elected representatives to lend their ears to the voices of Gojalti and the people of Yaseen and address the issues. People come on the road if demands are not met, warned the statement.
