Gilgit (Correspondent): Markazi Anjuman Imamia Gilgit-Baltistan President Sajid Ali Baig has said that some institutions of the government of Pakistan are trying to establish relations with Israel, which is against the vision of the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
He expressed these views while addressing a joint press conference at the Gilgit Central Press Club along with JSO Gilgit Division President Fateh Syed, ISO Gilgit Division President Saqib Ali and officials of Sabil Organization, Pasban Islam and Imamiya Organization.
Sajid Ali Baigh said the enemies are hatching conspiracies against the state of Pakistan. Amidst this all, the state’s silence is question mark? Enemy forces want to weaken Pakistan and the terrorist attack on police in Quetta is one example in this regard.
He further said the Zionist state of Israel is subjecting Palestinians to inhuman atrocities. We will continue our unwavering support to the oppressed Palestinian brethren until the liberation of Al-Quds and the destruction of the illegitimate Zionist state, said Sajid Ali Baigh.
He urged the Muslims to observe Jumat-ul-wida as Eid al-Quds to express solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians and people of occupied Kashmir, Yemen, Bahrain and Niger.
In gatherings and rallies in connection with Al-Quds Day, thousands of Muslims will support the Palestine Liberation Movement and call for the end to the existence of Israeli state.
The markazi Al-Quds rally will be taken out from the Markazi Imamia Jama Masjid after Friday prayers under the leadership of Quaid-e-Millat Jafaria Gilgit-Baltistan Agha Syed Rahat Hussain Al-Hussaini. The rally will turn into a gathering at Khazana Chowk. On this occasion, the Zionist state of Israel and its sponsor states of America and India will be condemned in the strongest terms.
He said that Al-Quds Day is the day of unity for Muslims around the world. This is the day of the oppressed against the tyrant. On this day, all Muslims reaffirm their commitment to devote all their energies and resources for the destruction of Israel and its sponsor state USA.
He demanded the government of Pakistan to officially declare Friday, the last Friday of Ramadan, as International Al-Quds Day.
