PPP Hunza secretary coordination Ejaz Hussain Gojali critiizes G-B government for deleting road project for Chuporsan valley

Islamabad (Monitoring desk): Secretary coordination Pakistan People’s Party, Hunza Ejaz Hussain Gojali criticized the Gilgit-Baltistan government for deleting the Chuporsan Road project.

He said putting an end to the project is a big injustice to the people of Gojal in general and Chuporsan valley in particular.

He was talking to a private news channel today in Islamabad. He said the public representatives of Gojal and Hunza are sleeping by adopting criminal silence at a time when projects of their constituency is taken out. Traveling to Chuporsan is actually risking your life due to the bad condition of the road, stated Ejaz.

He further said the provincial government should fulfill its promises by starting work on the said project, or else, the people will start protesting.

Before the election, Colonel Obaidullah Beg pledged to kick off development work from Chuporsan but he even did not bother to look back after getting elected to G-B legislative assembly, stated Ejaz.

He further said the performance of the PTI-led GB government has been pathetic since the beginning. People are desperately looking for the availability of wheat and electricity. In such a situation, instead of addressing public issues, the ministers are spending their winters in Islamabad.

In response to a question, he said it is very regrettable that provincial food minister Shams Lone used immoral and vulgar language and made false accusations against the provincial president of the Pakistan People’s Party and opposition leader of the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Mr. Amjad Hussain Advocate.

We could have responded in the same language but we have not been taught such politics by our leadership. He demanded food minister G-B Shams Lone to apologize to PPP president G-B and take his words back.
