Ghakuch, May 28, 2022: Pakistan Muslim League (N) Ghizer observed Youm-i-Takbir in district headquarters, Ghakuch.
A cake-cutting ceremony was held to commemorate the successful nuclear tests conducted by Pakistan back on May 28, 1998, in wake of India’s going nuclear a couple of weeks before.
The event was attended by PML(N) leaders and activists from Ghizer and other parts of Gilgit-Baltistan. The participants included former Deputy Speaker Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly, Jaffarullah, PML(N) Secretary Ghizer Zahid Gohar, PML(N) President Mastaan Khan, and others.
While addressing the event, the speakers paid rich tribute to the former prime minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for showing courage in making Pakistan a nuclear power thus making its defense invincible.
