Statement released from Secretariat CM G-B about CM’s alleged fake degree news

The statement further says that CM G-B had requested the HEC to issue equivalency after verifying his degree received from the University of London. The HEC issued an equivalency after verifying the degree on September 23, 2022.

According to the statement, the news circulating about reversing the equivalency and re-verification of CM G-B’s degree seems to be part of a bigger conspiracy.

Secretariat CM G-B in it’s statement further says that HEC is a respectable and important national institution. Mention of its name in a conspiracy against the CM G-B is worrisome. HEC should make its position clear, demanded the statement.

According to the secretariat CM G-B, Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan’s alleged fake degree is still in the chief court of Gilgit-Baltistan. Media propaganda and conspiracies reflect opponents’ legal defeat.
