Gilgit (Bureau report): According to details recieved from reliable source by Ibex Times, the G-B government has decided to set up Gilgit-Baltistan Education Foundation.
According to the source, the G-B Education Foundation will work to improve the quality and capacity of both private and public schools in Gilgit-Baltistan.
The reason behind this decision is said to be the insufficient resources and facilities in private schools required to ensure quality education.
Led by a separate director, the foundation will examine the schools and address their problems.
According to the source, the government is paying special attention to the education sector of the region and people will expectedly witness a significant change in the education sector.
