Gilgit (PR): In a statement issued to media on Sunday, the President First Democratic Front Gilgit-Baltistan (FDF) Zahid Kamal Yasini has said that his party is dedicated to two fundamental principles of the rule of law and safeguarding the dignity of individuals.
Yasini emphasized the need to address societal and economic challenges through the FDF’s social reform program, promoting social protection and empowering local communities.
In addition, Yasini expressed his commitment to reducing election expenses and ensuring robust representation for the people in upcoming local and general elections, to be scheduled in January 2024.
He criticized other political parties for being self-serving and neglecting the people’s welfare and the enforcement of the rule of law.
Yasini said FDF’s aims at enhancing governance in Pakistan, addressing people’s issues, and upholding their rights through the rule of law.
He has called on the public to join hands with the FDF, which promises to lead the nation to development.
He has further said his party’s message is clear: Together, we overcome challenges, demonstrate resilience, and lead the nation to prosperity.
