Gilgit (Court reporter): Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court dealt with 17 civil and criminal cases on Friday while it was hearing them in single and division bench.
The court reserved its judgement on 4 cases after the arguments of the lawyers of the parties were completed. Moreover, notices were issued to the parties in 6 cases by declaring them ready for hearing after completion of preliminary arguments.
According to the details, chief justice G-B chief court Justice Ali Baig, while hearing in a single bench, pronounced the verdict on 2 criminal cases and reserved the decision on 3 civil cases after the arguments of the lawyers were completed.
Similarly, Justice Malik Inayat ur Rehman gave a verdict on 1 case in a single bench. The honorable judge declared 3 cases as speedy and accepted them for hearing.
Likewise, a two-member bench comprising of Justice Johar Ali Khan and Justice Jahanzeb Khan pronounced judgment on 12 cases, reserved judgment on 1 case and accepted 3 cases for hearing.
In another case, Justice Javed Ahmed, while hearing in a single bench, pronounced a decision on 2 cases and issued notices to the parties by declaring the 2 cases as expedient.
