Gilgit (PR): Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan’s Special Assistant to Chief Minister G-B on Youth Affairs Zabihullah held an important meeting with the KIU students and faculty on Thursday.
While addressing the meeting, the Special Assistant to Chief Minister G-B said the G-B government is determined to provide full support to solve the problems of the university and ensuring that students have access to higher education right at their doorstep.
Zabihullah said the Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan has directed the establishment of a ministerial committee tasked with devising effective solutions for the university’s long-standing problems of the university and prepare recommendations soon.
He also welcomed the suggestions presented put forth by both the faculty members and students and said that the provincial government will take serious steps to provide conducive environment and improve facilities for students for higher education.
Special Assistant to Chief Minister G-B on Commerce Hussain Shah was also in the meeting.
