Gilgit (PR): Kashrot Youth Organization distributed edible items as part of its Ramazan Food Package among 142 households of Gilgit Town area. Those receiving the food package include widows and poor families.
Food package contained flour, cooking oil, pulses, spices, rice, milk, beans, tea leaves, malai, jam, soap, surf, etc.
The relief food packages were distributed after a rigorous survey under taken by the volunteers of Kashrot Youth Organization without taking a picture of those receiving it. The self esteem of the receivers was kept aloft during this all process.
Kashrot Youth Organization thanked its donors and supporters for their role in materializing the its efforts to come to help of poor and needy.
The organization has reaffirmed its resolve to reach out to all deserving people in future too with the help of its benefactors and volunteers.
