Gilgit (Staff reporter): Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Khalid Khursheed visited the flood-hit valley of Sherqilla in Ghizer district. Chief Minister met the family members of those killed in the floods and expressed his condolences over the death of precious lives.
Deputy Speaker G-B Legislative Assembly Nazir Ahmad advocate, co-ordinator to Chief Minister, Zafar Shadam Khail, Commissioner Gilgit division Mir Waqar, Secretary Water and Power Zafar Waqar Taj, Secretary works Asifullah and other administrative and government officials accompanied CM.
Talking to flood affectees, Chief Minister said the government would leave the people alone in this hour of difficulty. It would provide all possible support for the rehabilitation and accommodation of the flood effectees.
Member G-B Legislative Assembly from GBLA-1, Nawaz Khan Naji was also present on the occasion.
