Gilgit (PR): In his special message on Defense Day of Pakistan, the Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B) has said September 6 serves as a reminder of thwarting the nefarious designs against Pakistan by the enemy.
He stated the enemies of Pakistan are actively working to spread unrest and chaos in the country.
He called upon the people to unite and foil the designs of anti-Pakistan elements. September 6 also serves as a day to convey a clear message to both internal and external enemies that the people of Pakistan stand united to respond to any aggression from outside, says the Chief Minister G-B.
The Chief Minister emphasized that there is a greater need than ever to maintain the spirit of September 6 to face the challenges of extremism and terrorism in the country.
The CM G-B added that Pakistan, above all nations, has paid the heaviest toll in War on Terror, with both its citizens and law enforcement agencies bearing the brunt.
The Chief Minister G-B has reaffirmed his commitment to make any necessary sacrifice for the integrity, dignity, and survival of Pakistan. To counter any threat to national security, it is important to maintain unity in our ranks and work for the prosperity of people, emphasizes the CM.
In his statement, he has paid tribute to the martyrs for the sacrifices they made to fight terrorism in the country. If the enemy attempts any aggression against Pakistan, the entire nation will stand with its brave forces, further states the CM.
