Press Release (PR): In her congratulatory message on the Independence Day of Pakistan, the Deputy Speaker Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B) Assembly Sadia Danish has said that August 14 reminds us of the great sacrifices the Muslims of the subcontinent made for the establishment Pakistan.
Sadia Danish has stressed upon the new generation to value freedom and protect it because it is a blessing that can only be understood by those deprived of it.
The Deputy Speaker emphasized putting aside all political, social, and other differences and getting united for the security, development, and prosperity of the country. Independence Day teaches us to become one nation, further states the message.
She has further said that the solution to the problems of Pakistan lies in ensuring the supremacy of the constitution and parliament. Only democracy is the way forward for the development of Pakistan. Thus, it is high time for people, esp. new generation, to play its role to strengthen democracy in Pakistan.
In her message, she has stated Pakistan was made under the versatile and dynamic leadership of Quaid-e-Azam whereas its security was made invincible by people’s leader Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Ms. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is the guarantor of the development and prosperity of this country, further said the message.
