Islamabad (PR): According to a statement issued to the media by Press Information Department G-B, the federal government will release another Rs. 5 billion development budget within two days.
According to the statement, with the approval of the funds, the efforts of the Gilgit-Baltistan government have paid off.
Finance Minister Javed Ali Manwa, Planning Minister Fateh Ullah Khan, and Chief Secretary G-B made efforts to convince the federal government to release the development budget as per the chief minister’s directions, further said the statement.
The CM and his team convinced the federation about the urgent need to provide the necessary resources to support the people to stand on their own feet by increasing agricultural productivity through efficient farming.
