Gilgit (PR): In a press release shared with Ibex Times, Barkulti Village Action Committee has said that the people of Silgan valley in Yasin are subjected to bearing the worst sort of power outage for the last one and half months.
According to the press release, the current load shedding is due to a technical fault in the powerhouse machinery. People are suffering but the concerned department is not serious about fixing the problem.
According to the press release, people are subjecting long hours of power outage in winters in the name of a decrease in water volume and in summers citing technical faults.
The people of Yasin have demanded the administration fix the problem and end the power outage else they would come out of their homes to protest against the government and concerned department.
