Gilgit (Court Reporter): While speaking on the occasion of oath-taking ceremony of the High Court Bar Complex, the lawyers of Gilgit-Baltistan expressed their solidarity with armed forces of Pakistan.
The lawyers condemned the vandalism and attacks on military installments and residences of serving army general on May 9 in the wake of arrest of former prime minister Imran Khan.
Addressing the ceremony, president High Court Bar Advocate Naseem Akhtar Mian said that those who spread chaos in the name of politics are neither loyal to the country nor capable of upholding democratic values.
He said that if people are taking breath in free atmosphere today it’s because of Pakistan army and sacrifices of it’s jawans.
Addressing the ceremony, Bar President Basharat Ali Advocate and PTI Lawyers Forum Central Leader Mehmood Alam and others praised the Pakistan Army’s services to the country.
They called the politics currently going on in the country undesirable and disastrous.
The lawyers also took out a rally in support of the armed forces of Pakistan and chanted slogans in the it’s favor.
